Trevor is a Loser 2.0 – Intro vlog

Time for another year of being a loser! The challenge to you this year is to be involved with being a loser. Go start by picking up a food journal. What does not get tracked will not be managed. Join in by keep an online presence about how you are being a loser. Use WordPress or Blogger to openly track your progress. It does not need to be fancy and I want to know about it so I can put you on the list of losers.
